Return Window
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return or report any order-related discrepancies.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
In its original condition and unused.
In the original packaging.
Accompanied by the original invoice (required during the return pickup).
Please Note: * Products that have been used are not eligible for exchange or return.
Items purchased during a sale period or belonging to the gifting category are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Valid Grounds for Return
Exchanges or returns are permissible only under the following circumstances:
The product arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item.
The product seal was broken upon delivery.
The product expired before it reached you.
Verification Requirement: For any discrepancies or damage claims, a complete unboxing video (showing the package label and contents clearly) must be provided for verification.
The Process
Request: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@freshnflavour.com.
Pickup: If your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup from the original delivery address. You will be notified of the expected pickup date.
Inspection: Once the item reaches our warehouse, our team will inspect its condition.
Exchange: For exchanges, your replacement will be delivered within 3–5 days after the return pickup is completed.
Refunds: Upon approval and successful inspection, your refund will be processed. Please note that partial Cash on Delivery (COD) payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations: We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. If accepted, you will receive a full refund.
Company Rights: Fresh n Flavour (under Aarvee Multibiz Co.) reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or issues with customer verification.
