What is chai patti and how is it different from tea powder?
Chai patti is loose-leaf CTC tea — the crushed, torn, curled black tea leaves used across India for masala chai. Tea powder usually refers to finely-ground dust-grade tea; chai patti has the full leaf structure that delivers the classic strong-yet-smooth brew.
Is Fresh n Flavour FSSAI licensed?
Yes. Every batch is blended in our FSSAI-licensed Ahmedabad facility. Licence details are on every pack and shipping invoice.
Which chai is acidity-free?
Our Delightful, Flavourful, and Freshful blends use lemongrass and mild spices instead of aggressive ginger and black pepper. That combination is made for a smooth milk tea without the sharp, acidic aftertaste of a heavily spiced brew.
How long does delivery take?
We ship within 24 hours of order across India via Shiprocket. Metro cities typically receive within 2-4 business days; smaller towns 4-7 days. Free shipping on every order.
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery if the parcel arrives damaged, the tea is defective, or a product is wrong or missing. Returns are not accepted for change of mind or taste, as tea is a consumable product. Please record an unboxing video when you open the parcel, then write to care@freshnflavour.com with your order number, the unboxing video and a clear photo of the issue. If approved, we arrange a reverse pickup: the return pickup is paid by you, not by us, and the refund is the full amount minus ₹150 for return shipping.
