About Our Tea

What does CTC mean?

CTC stands for Crush, Tear, Curl — a processing method where fresh tea leaves are passed through cylindrical rollers that crush, tear, and curl them into small granules. This produces a stronger, brisker brew that’s perfect for Indian milk tea (chai). All Fresh n Flavour teas use premium chai patti processing.

Where do you source your tea from?

We source our tea directly from gardens in Assam, Darjeeling, and the Dooars region of West Bengal — India’s finest tea-growing areas. Our Delightful Chai and Darjeeling Fusion use Darjeeling Second Flush for a muscatel sweetness.

Are your teas 100% natural?

Yes, absolutely. All Fresh n Flavour products are made with 100% natural ingredients — real spices, real herbs, real flowers. We never use artificial colours, synthetic flavours, or chemical preservatives. Every product is FSSAI certified. Plus, our Delightful and Flavourful blends are recipe-engineered with lemongrass, cardamom, mint, and nutmeg to be acidity-free.

What is the shelf life of your tea?

Our teas have a shelf life of 12-24 months from the date of packaging. For best flavour, we recommend consuming within 3-4 months of opening. Store in an airtight container away from heat, sunlight, moisture, and strong odours.

Which tea is best for immunity?

Our Tulsi Ginger Chai and Ayurvedic chai patti are specifically formulated for immunity support. The Tulsi Ginger combines Rama Tulsi, ginger, and black pepper, while the Ayurvedic blend has 9 herbs including ashwagandha and turmeric.

Is your tea suitable for vegetarians?

Yes, all 14 Fresh n Flavour products are 100% vegetarian.

How do I place an order?

Simply visit freshnflavour.com, browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major payment methods including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe), credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select pin codes across India.

Do you sell on Amazon and Flipkart?

Yes! Fresh n Flavour is available soon on Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto. However, the best prices, freshest stock, and exclusive offers are always on our website.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 have a flat shipping charge applied at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders within 3-4 days. We ship via Shiprocket for reliable, trackable delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track at freshnflavour.com/track-my-order

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Since tea is a consumable product, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or taste preference. Email care@freshnflavour.com with photos of the issue.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product. The amount is credited back to your original payment method.
