At Fresh n Flavour, we want your tea to reach you as fresh as the day it was packed. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499 across India. Orders below ₹499 will have a flat shipping charge calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Delivery Timeline
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune): 3–4 business days
- Tier 2 Cities: 4–5 business days
- Other Locations: 5–7 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days (subject to serviceability)
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Partner
We ship via Shiprocket, India’s leading logistics platform, which partners with multiple courier services (Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, etc.) to ensure reliable and fast delivery to your doorstep.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order at freshnflavour.com/track-my-order using your order ID or AWB (Air Waybill) number.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time. If you’re outside India and interested in our products, email care@freshnflavour.com and we’ll explore options.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Packaging
All orders are carefully packed in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Our tea packages are sealed to preserve freshness. If you receive a damaged or opened package, please contact us immediately at care@freshnflavour.com.
