Caterers plan chai by guest count: guests × cups per guest × grams per cup. At an example of 3 g per cup, 500 guests with one cup each need about 1.5 kg, or 3 pouches; plan 1–2 cups per guest depending on the event. Strong & Tasteful (Kadak) is supplied to caterers at ₹250 + GST per 500 g pouch from 10 pouches.

Setting up a chai counter
- Pre-weigh chai patti into one packet per batch the day before, so the counter team never guesses.
- Keep crushed adrak and elaichi ready in separate boxes, and add them the same way for every batch.
- Run two vessels: one brewing, one serving, so guests never wait and no batch boils too long.
- Order at least a week before the event: delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, or pick up from our Sola shop in Ahmedabad.

Questions
How much chai patti do I need for a wedding?
Multiply guests by cups per guest by grams per cup. At 3 g per cup, 1,000 guests with two cups each need about 6 kg, or 12 pouches.
Can we stock up for the wedding season?
Yes. Order the quantity for several events at once, and store the sealed pouches in a cool, dry place.
What is the business price?
₹250 per 500 g pouch (plus 5% GST) for Strong & Tasteful (Kadak), when you order 10 pouches or more: ₹262.50 a pouch with GST. The retail price of the same pouch is ₹425 including GST.
What is the minimum order?
10 pouches of 500 g (5 kg), which is ₹2,500 + GST (₹2,625 with GST). After that, order in any number of whole pouches.
Do you give a GST invoice?
Yes. Every business order has a GST invoice, with your GSTIN when you share it. Tea (HSN 0902) attracts 5% GST.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is free in Ahmedabad, and you can also pick up from our shop in Sola. Outside Ahmedabad, delivery costs ₹500 per order.
