Holding chai on a buffet
- Brew in smaller batches every 30–40 minutes instead of one large pot for the whole service.
- Strain fully before the chai goes into the urn, and keep it hot without boiling it again.
- Keep masala and sugar steps the same for every batch, so the buffet cup does not change during the morning.
- Write the recipe in grams for each batch size and keep a kitchen scale at the station.

Questions
Can it be used for buffet urns?
Yes. Brew it in batches the usual way and hold the strained chai hot in the urn. Smaller, more frequent batches keep the taste steady.
Can the invoice be in our company’s name?
Yes. Share your company name and GSTIN in the form and the GST invoice is made out to it.
Do you have tea bags for rooms?
No. Strong & Tasteful is loose CTC chai patti in 500 g pouches, for chai made in the kitchen.
What is the business price?
₹250 per 500 g pouch (plus 5% GST) for Strong & Tasteful (Kadak), when you order 10 pouches or more: ₹262.50 a pouch with GST. The retail price of the same pouch is ₹425 including GST.
What is the minimum order?
10 pouches of 500 g (5 kg), which is ₹2,500 + GST (₹2,625 with GST). After that, order in any number of whole pouches.
Do you give a GST invoice?
Yes. Every business order has a GST invoice, with your GSTIN when you share it. Tea (HSN 0902) attracts 5% GST.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is free in Ahmedabad, and you can also pick up from our shop in Sola. Outside Ahmedabad, delivery costs ₹500 per order.
