At Fresh n Flavour, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to fix it quickly and fairly.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Damaged Product: Package arrived torn, crushed, or wet during transit
- Defective Product: Tea has an unusual smell, discolouration, or visible contamination
- Incorrect Product: You received a different product than what you ordered
- Missing Items: Your order is incomplete — one or more products are missing
What We Cannot Accept Returns For
- Change of mind or taste preference (tea is a consumable product)
- Products with broken seals that have been opened and used
- Orders delivered more than 7 days ago
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us: Send an email to care@freshnflavour.com with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue
- We’ll respond: Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide next steps
- Ship it back: If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or provide return shipping instructions
- Get your refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed
Refund Timeline
- Refund processing: 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product
- Credit to account: The refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking)
- COD orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be processed via bank transfer — we’ll ask for your bank details
Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, we can send a free replacement product. Just let us know your preference when you email us. Replacements are typically shipped within 2 business days of approval.
