Assam CTC tea is the backbone of our premium chai patti blends — bold, malty, and grown in the humid plains of the Brahmaputra valley.

Assam CTC forms the robust base of nearly every Fresh n Flavour chai. We source second-flush leaves (June–August) for their deep malty character and rich copper liquor. The CTC (Crush, Tear, Curl) process produces small, dense granules that brew quickly and extract maximum strength — perfect for milk chai.

Our Assam CTC delivers a full-bodied cup with natural sweetness and zero bitterness when brewed correctly. It pairs beautifully with spices, letting cardamom and ginger shine without losing its own character.
