In Our Chai

Assam Orthodox tea is made using the traditional rolling method rather than the CTC (Crush, Tear, Curl) process. This produces whole, twisted leaves that brew a smoother, more nuanced cup with layered flavour complexity.

In several of our blends — Calcutta Street, Assam Royal, Shahi Kesar, and Rose Mulethi — we add Assam Orthodox alongside CTC to create a richer, more textured drinking experience. The Orthodox component adds depth and a subtle sweetness that CTC alone cannot deliver.

Their Chocolate Chai and Ayurvedic Chai are definitely worth trying, both have a rich and refreshing taste. The quality of chai is excellent, and you can tell they focus on flavor and freshness.
